Introduction of the Coastal Plains of India

Dear friends!!!!!!!!!!!! The southern part of our country is peninsular i.e. surrounded by water bodies on the three sides. Our country has a very long coastline. It starts from the Gulf of Kutch in the West,  and reaches the southern tip of India at Kanyakumari. From there it goes towards the east and reaches up to West Bengal. On the West there is Arabian sea and between the the coast and the Western ghats the land is plain and is known as the Western coastal region and on the east there is Bay of Bengal and between the coast and the Eastern ghats the land is plain and known as the Eastern coastal plain.

In the first project we had learnt so many informations but now we are focusing on the cultural aspects of the coastal region. Do you know what is culture? I will tell you what is culture.Culture includes Dance Forms, Art forms, Handicrafts, Dress, Festivals, language, Food and any peculiar rituals of that region.
